AI for business productivity

Use AI to work smarter across everyday business tasks

Apply AI to data analysis, reports, presentations, documentation, customer communication and repetitive workflows, with clear review and privacy practices.

Course overview

Turn AI from a novelty into a daily work habit

Most business users have tried an AI chatbot once or twice but have not built reliable habits around it. This program focuses on the tasks that consume time every week: analysing spreadsheets, preparing reports, drafting communication, summarising meetings and packaging information for decisions.

Each module uses business scenarios and requires you to verify the output. You will leave with prompt patterns, checklists and a workflow you can reuse immediately.

What you will practise

  • Asking AI to explain and analyse data without trusting it blindly.
  • Building report outlines, summaries and first drafts faster.
  • Preparing presentations with a clear structure and message.
  • Drafting customer and internal communication in the right tone.
  • Reducing repetitive work while keeping a human review step.
Tools disclaimer: Sessions explore tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Microsoft Copilot and other relevant platforms only where available and relevant to the batch. No program promises coverage of every AI tool or technology.

Enrolment questions

Business productivity FAQ

Is this course suitable for non-technical staff?
Yes. It is designed for business users with no coding requirement. Comfort with Excel, email and documents is sufficient.
Will AI replace Excel or our reporting tools?
No. AI can help you plan analysis, generate formulas and explain results, but the spreadsheet or BI tool still performs the calculation. Verification remains essential.
Can we use our own company reports in the exercises?
For corporate batches, sanitised versions of your templates and reports can be used if your organisation approves. Public batches use sample data to avoid confidentiality risks.
Which tools are covered?
Tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Microsoft Copilot and other relevant platforms are explored where available and relevant to the batch. We do not promise coverage of every tool or technology.
Do you guarantee productivity improvements?
No. The course teaches methods and workflows. Actual improvements depend on your tasks, tools, data quality and how consistently the workflow is applied.
