Learn how to use AI with judgement, not guesswork

Every program combines concept explanations with practical tasks. The goal is to help you choose the right tool, write better instructions, verify outputs and apply AI within a real workflow.

Core themes across the AI programs

  • How generative AI and large language models produce responses.
  • Prompt structures, context, constraints and iteration.
  • Research, summarisation, content creation and problem-solving.
  • Data privacy, responsible AI and output verification.
  • AI-assisted analysis, reporting and office productivity.
  • AI-assisted programming, SQL review and API integration.
  • Workflow automation, RAG concepts and knowledge assistants.
Tools disclaimer: Programs explore tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Microsoft Copilot and other relevant platforms only where available and relevant to the batch. No program promises coverage of every AI tool or technology. Each program page states its intended tools and prerequisites.
Learning outcomes

What you should be able to do

Write better prompts

Give AI tools clear context, constraints and examples to get more useful output.

Verify AI output

Check facts, calculations, sources and assumptions before using AI-generated work.

Improve productivity

Apply AI to research, writing, analysis, reporting and repetitive tasks.

Use AI in development

Generate, review and debug code and SQL with appropriate safeguards.

Design workflows

Map a business process and identify where AI can add value without adding risk.

Build prototypes

Create simple AI-powered assistants or integrations for controlled use cases.

Practical projects

Apply AI to a real workflow

Projects vary by program, but each learner completes practical tasks that can be discussed in an interview or applied at work.

  • Build a reusable prompt library for a specific role or function.
  • Create an AI-assisted research brief with source verification.
  • Design an Excel or reporting workflow that uses AI for analysis support.
  • Generate and review SQL queries with a documented validation process.
  • Connect a simple application to an AI API in a controlled prototype.
  • Prototype a chatbot or knowledge assistant for a defined use case.
Enrolment questions

AI training FAQ

Do I need a technical background for AI training?
No for AI Fundamentals and AI for Business Productivity. The developer and automation programs require basic programming or IT experience. Each program page states its prerequisites.
Do all AI courses include all tools?
No. Programs explore tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Microsoft Copilot and other relevant platforms only where available and relevant to the batch. We do not promise coverage of every tool or technology. The intended tools are listed on each program page.
Will AI training make me a data scientist or machine learning engineer?
No. These programs focus on practical AI usage, productivity, AI-assisted development and automation. They are not a substitute for a full data science or machine learning engineering curriculum.
Can AI training be customised for my department?
Yes. Corporate programs can focus on sales, marketing, finance, operations, HR, IT or development teams, with exercises built around approved tools and relevant workflows.
How is data privacy handled during exercises?
Learners are taught to avoid confidential or personal data in unapproved tools, to use sample or approved data, and to verify outputs. Corporate sessions can follow your organisation's specific AI and data policies.
Do you provide AI certification?
We provide training and preparation support for relevant topics where applicable. We are not an official certification body, and any vendor certification is booked separately with that provider.
